Specialising in the treatment of social phobias which symptoms can include low or lack of confidence, anxiety issues, depression, stress and sleeping problems such as insomnia. Robert uses hypno-analysis (analytical regression therapy), suggestion therapy and a changing limiting beliefs course called the Thrive Programme to help people overcome many difficulties and problems in their lives. Providing caring and confidential assistance with all types of relationship and emotional problems.

Another area of his expertise is eating disorders and Robert runs an advanced weight loss program including the gastric hypnosis band, with many people benefiting from these dynamic sessions. Robert is well known for his high rate of success in helping people to stop smoking.

Rob is also well known for a high success rate in dealing with children’s problems such as bedwetting, fear of needles and helping people to deal with different phobias and anxiety such as fear of the dentist, blood, fear of flying, heights, fear of being sick and panic attacks.

Other areas where hypnotherapy has proved successful are dealing addictions, such as alcohol and drugs, anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), M.E, sexual problems and shy bladder (Paruresis) the fear of using public toilets.

Robert works under the strict guidelines of The International Association of Pure Hypno-Analysis (IAPH) Europe's largest hypnotherapy training school, which was established in 1981. This organisation insists on an exceptionally high standard of ethical practice and requires all their members to have a current CRB check. Robert is also a member of the general hypnotherapy register (GHR).
