Initial consultation

To discuss the therapies available and to ask any other questions relating to hypnotherapy.
(20 minutes) FREE

Stopping smoking

This takes only one session of hypnotherapy.
£145 per session

Suggestion therapy

For use with weight loss, stress, exam nerves, confidence, sports performance etc.
£50 per session

Gastric hynosis band

The initial consultation costs £40, followed by £200 for the following 4 sessions (i.e. £50 per session)

Analytical Therapy (Hypno-Analysis)

This is suitable for all deep routed emotional problems, such as depression, panic attacks, anxiety, addictions.
£50 per session

Changing limiting beliefs (CLB) course

£50 per session (Plus £20 on the first session for the accompanying CLB book)

Forensic hypnosis session

A session of forensic hypnosis to help discover certain facts and details from a specific incident.
£50 per session

Life coaching

Help with goal setting and developing a more positive belief system.
£50 per session

• From the Poole bus station please take the number 4 which will go along York Road.
• From Bournemouth please take the bus number 18 which also goes along York Road.

2. At Sterte Rd, take the 3rd exit onto A350/Holes Bay Rd
3. At Holes Bay Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A349
4. Slight left at Cabot Lane
5. Turn left at A349/Waterloo Rd
6. Turn Left at Sopers lane
7. Turn right onto York Road
8. 102 York Road is about half a mile on the left hand side

1. Head southeast on Exeter Rd
2. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B3066
3. At Westcliff Rd, take the 3rd exit and stay on B3066
4. At Poole Rd, take the 2nd exit onto B3066/Cambridge Rd
5. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A35/Weesex way
6. At Poole Rd, take the 4th exit onto A35
7. At Pottery Jct, take the 2nd exit onto A3040/Ashley Rd
8. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A3040/Alder Rd
9. Turn left into Herbert Ave
10. At Ringwood Rd, take the 2nd exit onto B3068/Ringwood Rd
11. At Ringwood Rd, take the 1st exit onto A3049/Candford Way
12. At roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B3074 and go through 4 roundabouts
13. Turn left at Chetwood Way
14. Turn right at Kitchener Crescent
15. Turn right at Hillbourne rd
16. Turn right at York Rd
17. 102 York Road is about 100 yards on the left hand side
